GeFeTeC – Gent Feed Technology Centre – is a consortium of three research institutes and more than 15 research groups in the field of animal feed science and technology.
All parties have complementary expertise and the facilities are located
within an area of 5 km in Gent region.
The partners of GeFeTeC are convinced that the complementary expertise
and the broad range in experimental facilities covering the whole “from
farmer to fork” chain for animal products is the key to success
for this cooperation initiative. Together they can make the difference
in technological research within the area of animal breeding and animal
feed production assuring food and feed safety and quality.
